Foot Fort is a hidden garden restaurant close to Poznań Cathedral and Lake Malta. If you make the short tram journey out of Poznań centre, then Food Fort is a perfect place to stop for lunch.
There are two entrances, one is along this path through the Food Fort garden.
The garden was had plenty of wasps, just like the whole of Poznań in 2024.
The interior is modern.
Service was tragically slow, but that seemed typical in Poznań.
A 0.5l Pilsner beer 15 zlotý. A delicious grilled chicken dish 40 zlotý.
Government taxes of 23% and 8% appear at the bottom of the bill, but these appear to be for information only as the total matches the prices shown on the menu and the bill.
If you’re in the area, most likely because you are visiting Poznań Cathedral, then Food Fort is worth a visit and the food worth the wait.
