Zapiecek have several restaurants in Warsaw, all specialising in Pierogi. Pierogi are filled dumplings and are practically Poland’s national dish.
We visited the location on Krakowskie Przedmieście 55.
It was warm enough to sit outside in the middle of April.
The inside looked nice.
All the staff were friendly and professional. Prices correct as of April 2025.
A 0.5l local beer – 20 zlotý.
Ten pieces of classic pierogi with a variety of meat fillings – 36 zlotý. They don’t look much, but they were delicious.
It’s always good to have pierogi when visiting Poland and Zapiecek delivers these perfectly.
