There are plenty of US chain steakhouse restaurants – the best quality and value we’ve found so far is the Texas Roadhouse.
We visited both the Oviedo and Lady Lake locations, but as it was Lady Lake where we took this picture.
The interior is classic American steakhouse.
The steaks are excellent and come with two sides. Prices correct as of May 2025.
I like the 8oz Dallas Filet (cooked medium rare) with sides of mashed potato and chilli for $28.99. A really tender steak.
A margherita only $5.
Texas Roadhouse definitely beats Outback and LongHorn – I’d recommend a visit.
