A welcome addition to Prague’s dining scene, Posto Italiano brings authentic Italian cuisine to the newly-built Nuselský Pivovar residential complex in Prague’s Nusle district.

The interior is modern and cool – we sat on one of several outside tables on both of our visits.

All the staff are friendly and professional. Prices correct as of July 2026.

A really excellent glass of Primitivo 110 Kč for 0.15l. A 1l carafe of tap water overpriced at 70 Kč.

Everything we ate over two visits to Posto Italiano has been fresh and delicious.

Charcuterie board 500 Kč with an extra side of Burrata 150 Kč – most of the items are available from their nearby sister shop mozzarella art.

Smoked scamorza (milk cheese), Italian sausage and baked potatoes. 275 Kč.

Chicken with  baked potatoes and rucola (from the lunch specials menu) 200 Kč.

It’s well worth taking a tram a few stops from the centre of Prague to visit Posto Italiano. Highly recommended.
